BRIEF
SOCIAL DOCTORS is the operating name of the Sociale Artsen Foundation, a multidisciplinary
membership-based Non-Governmental Organization (Under ISI Code 9499) incorporated in Ghana with the objective to deliver social welfare to individuals, communities, and institutions. We are gradually being represented in every Village, Town, District, and Municipality; as well as key public and private institutions in Ghana.

OUR MISSION
We exist to identify and diagnose social challenges under our themes, to enable us to prescribe and administer social solutions via resource mobilization and participation through a network of individuals, communities, and institutions.

WE VISION
We envision becoming the most influential and effective social problem-solving NGO through a network of people, communities and institutions for resource application.

OBJECTIVES
We bridge the gap between philanthropic donors and the needy individuals, communities,
institutions including clubs, associations, and cooperatives by ensuring efficient and effective mobilization, management and application of charity resources. We provide comprehensive implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and timely reporting of output, outcome, and impact to stakeholders. Our focus areas include;
a. Supporting farmers, fishermen, and agriculture value chain operators.
b. Supporting women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
c. Supporting startups, small and medium enterprises.
d. Carrying out social and civil advocacies, and public education on social issues
e. Carrying out credible public information dissemination
f. Carrying out fundraising activities

MEDIA AND PUBLICITY

The media platforms of our public relations departments provide publicity for products,
services, and personalities of our donors. Our nationwide district, town, and village clubs
disseminate further to remote towns and villages. Our sources are directly public and private institutions and induvial.

RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION
Our Research and Publication (R&P) department is responsible for conducting action research, survey, information gathering, and interpretation of data to the general public. Our research findings are also for modeling charity projects and interventions for stakeholders including our Project Implementation Partners (PIPs).

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Foundation is governed by an Executive Council with varied interdisciplinary experiences and
backgrounds with resources and expertise toward charity courses to support the Ghanaian society.
