Chairman - Executive Council

— Dr. Daniel Agbeko

He holds PhD in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Wageningen University – Netherlands, MBA Finance – University of Leicester UK, Certificate in Microfinance from India and BSc. Agriculture with a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast. Dr Agbeko has 18 years of practical Banking experience and technical knowledge in rural finance, agriculture, entrepreneurship and finance with strong skills in credit analysis for micro, small and medium scale enterprises, concurrently with 5 years’ experience in lecturing and coaching students both in Ghana and Netherlands. He is an international consultant in microfinance, agriculture and entrepreneurship capacity building programs for rural banks, private microfinance institutions and other businesses and companies across Ghana and other developing countries. He authored several technical papers and books on microfinance, agriculture entrepreneurship and rural banking and has presented same at seminars in Ghana and other microfinance and entrepreneurship conferences in India, Netherlands, France, Italy, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.  He is also the Board Chairman of Life Gate Credit Union, Entrepreneurs Capital Cooperative, Dream July Foundation, Akomadan Rural Bank and a board member of various organizations.

— Mr. Kwame Ofori-Manful Peter

He is an accountant (ICAG & ACCA) and currently in Law School. He is a management consultant, strategist and interdisciplinary analyst. He is a specialist in modeling multidisciplinary themes into interventions and solutions. His over decade accumulated knowledge, interest, experience and exposure has been in the areas of: Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Strategy, Investment, Insurance, Pensions, Agribusiness, Microcredit, Susu, VSLAs and SHGs; Strategic business documentation, BOQs, Procurement, Inventory and Warehousing; Managing change, people, performance and productivity; Business & Social Enterprising; Lean Startups, Business Proposition Canvas; Civil Advocate, Social Value Chain Analyst and Researcher; Negotiation, Bargaining and leveraging; Fund Raising Strategies;, Big Data analysis & Artificial Intelligence; Geopolitics economics analyst, Fiduciary capitalism, Sustainable & Responsible Investments (SRI) analyst; Anti-graft, Money laundry and Cyber Security.

He worked with the Audit Service tasked at GRA in Accra, Tema and Ashaiman and moved to the private sector before joining Cocoa Marketing Company Limited (Cocobod) for 4years ended 2018 where he resigned to focus on consultancy, enterprise and further studies. He has been working with Researchers, Publishers, Consultants and Contractors on multi-sector projects and programs for practical experience and practicing exposure. He was the Senior School Prefect (Tema High School) and Audit Committee Board Chairman of UCC S.R.C. He is the lead consultant for restructuring of Ghana National Association Farmers & Fishermen (GNAFF).

— Mr. Maxwell Kwame Mensah

He holds ACCA and MBA from London School of Business and Finance UK, Computer Science from KNUST, Stock trading Certificate from Ghana Stock Exchange, and other World Bank Institute, USA certificates in  Health Economics; Management in Health; Municipal Finances; Public Financial Management; Energy Sector Strategies to support Green Growth; Parliaments and the Budget; Forest Governance Assessment and Monitoring; Result Based Financing in Health Others are Communication Skills from Stanford University Graduate School of Education and Graduate School of Business;

Maxwell has over 25 years of management experience including Bureau of Integrated Rural Development (BIRD) in KNUST as Computer Programmer/Technician and Systems Analyst; Bikkai Laboratories Ltd as Accounting Officer and Computer Programmer; Senior Accountant at Dolphin Group of Companies at Tema Harbor; Finance Manager at Coconut Grove Hotels Ltd and Damaas Pharmaceuticals; Customer Services Manager and Accounts in Fraga Oil Ghana Ltd; Finance Manager in Chocho Industries Ltd. He has been a Financial Analyst for many other SMEs and startups.

Treasurer - Executive Council

— Mr. Anthony Edem Ayitey

He holds BSc. Degree in Mathematics from the KNUST, and ‘O’ and ‘A’ level from Mfantsipim Secondary School.  He is a Certified Compliance Officer with the International Academy of Business and Financial Management.  Mr. Ayitey is also a certified member of the Ghana Securities Industry of Ghana Stock Exchange, and an expert in risk-based approach to AML/CFT, He is a member of the National Risk Assessment Committee for the Securities Sector among several others and anti-money laundering issues globally. He is currently the compliance officer, of NIMED capital limited, East Legon, Accra.  He is an expert in Pensions and Provident Fund investment Asset Management.  He developed the contract documents with the Marketing Executives of the Pensions presentations and managed Liberty Asset Management Ltd.’s relationship with NYEP/GYEEDA, now YEA. Organizer, Media - Executive Council

— Mr. Enock Baiden

He holds certificate in website design, online marketing, blogging and cyber stuff. Mr. Baiden is also a radio host and experienced in managing web pages. He is the host and manager of online pages and social media handles for many clients in the e-commerce and online ratio space.
